Hey GIOVANNIELLO LAW GROUP P C you left out some very important details in your profile of Martin Boags on Linked

First and foremost, cause it's easier to understand: Martin or Marty Boags is a sociopathic failson who got his father, Charles Boags, unbenched. You see young Marty was unlikable and ugly to look at when he went to Beverly Hills high school. Young Marty wanted friends so what did he do? He told them they could park anywhere they wanted or commit whatever fun infraction they wanted to and get away with it.

How would that go down? Well, Marty's father, Charles, was a judge and his dad had been letting Marty park anywhere he wants or commit who knows what crimes and get away with it. On a few occasions, Marty got three parking tickets in one day and Charles Boags gamely made them go away. In one article, Charles Boags talks of how Marty Boags lied to him and he had no clue that Marty kept parking in prohibited places.

Such was the power of judges, Marty likely told his school friends. So these Beverly Hills High brats began bringing all their tickets to Marty

The rest is detailed here. I'm hitting a paywall but there is a lot of juicy stuff to be found in all the Los Angeles times articles about this case. Just google Martin Boags Charles or Martin Boags friends to get lots of info.

Municipal Court Judge Charles Boags was convicted of conspiracy to obstruct justice by improperly suspending the fines for the tick

In short, Marty Boags should never have been allowed to be a prosecutor or to work in the law in any capacity. Of course with my luck, I as a law-abiding person who got one parking ticket in my whole life... get this creature to do the bidding of desiccated cancer-scamming comedian, Tig Notaro via Jules Kroll's failson, Nick Kroll, and that brings me to the second reason the  GIOVANNIELLO LAW GROUP P C should not have hired Marty Boags to do anything but clean out the toilets of their Brea, California office.

They say a leopard doesn't change its spots and that proved too true when it came to Boags. Marty committed too many crimes in my case to mention. Just crime after crime. Should have been convicted of conspiracy to obstruct justice just like his father but in a much more serious way.

Marty essentially not only was content with railroading me but wanted me incarcerated in a hospital for the criminally insane for who knows how long. Oh yeah, he wanted me forcibly medicated too. A series of what strikes me as miracles took place and I, my mother, and sister were spared that fate, but just thinking about it makes us all feel very very sick.

He did it all with undisguised glee. He approached my Holocaust survivor mother and touched her repeatedly and he assured her he'd "do the right thing." We didn't trust him but he put on such a show. At one point he drew me out a detailed map of where to file my pitchess motion. I noticed a creepy smirk but then he started touching me warmly on the shoulders and I told myself I was being paranoid when I felt as if I was in the presence of something sinister. Marty then followed us out of the courtroom to show us a shortcut to get out of the building... just went out of his way to be a cliche sinister little bastard.

All along he was plotting and scheming a way to "make his name on my case." Alissa Malzman Sterling said that about him, " He wants to make his name on your case."

Dismissed in the Interests of Justice: The incredible(and I mean incredible) true story of how a comedian, Tig Notaro, saved her brand by destroying lives - Starring Nick Kroll, Jules Kroll, Marty Singer, the LAPD, Prosecutors, Judges (Seriously)

From Google:  Dismissal in the interest of justice  allows a court to dismiss a procedurally proper, but unjust or unjustifiable, cause of action. Thus,  dismissing  cases in the interest  of justice  can provide a check where few exist for overzealous prosecutions, race-based patrolling, and overuse of “three strikes” laws. "Holy shit. This is... insane..." Yes, it was. Yes, it is. Stone cold crazy. Batshit. Baying at the moon. Singing a loony tune. Straight up straight jacket stuff. "...And, yet..." he said, "it's kind of... sexy." Sexy? Only in Los Angeles, would a lawyer, perusing reams of legalese -- chronicling a then two-year journey into hell -- think, 'hey this is hot.' On the surface, he was looking at a case involving a restraining order obtained by perjury and fraud, used by an infamous L.A law firm - as a retaliatory weapon to, at first, stop first amendment protected internet postings and then as a way to sabotage a...

Is Louis CK created comedian, "Tig" Notaro, transitioning from female to male? Is that the ticket, Tommy Flanagan?

Can "Tig" Notaro come out as a FTM transgender? Not unless she wants to go to prison for a long time for cancer charity fraud is the quick answer. (Louis CK promised proceeds from buying her tape to go to cancer charities. You'd think it would be enough if the money just went to Notaro for treatment. Not only did Notaro not need the money she'd claim, but she'd brag that she has "gazillioanaire friends," and so don't insult her by saying she needed that money from anyone. I FIRMLY believe she never needed that money cause no cancer, and I know she was referring to Nick Kroll when she talked of "gazzilionaire friends.") This post is getting a lot of hits since I posted it so here's a link about some of her cancer uh INCONSISTENCIES  http://henypire.blogspot.com/2014/01/should-tig-notaro-win-grammy-for-best.html?m=1 Less quick answers, questions, and revised theories: At one point, "Tig" Notaro really pulled a fast one wh...

Kroll Show Review - Is show business safe from Nick Kroll's check writing prowess? Answer: Nope

Jules Kroll is a very successful and BUSY man. He is easily worth ten billion, and he has thousands of powerful people, on his payroll, or in his debt. (We'll really get to him if you keep reading.)  This  article in Business Week  http://www.businessweek.com/stories/1998-11-08/jules-kroll-danger-is-his-business   gives a compelling overview:  In the late 1970s, he(Jules Kroll) helped create a new market for corporate investigations. A onetime Manhattan assistant district attorney, he realized that corporations would pay big for an investigative firm that could dig out employee fraud and other malfeasance. He recruited a savvy coterie of former CIA spies, FBI agents, and prosecutors by paying them as much as twice their public-sector salaries. But there's more to Kroll's success than waving big paychecks at top talent. He has long inspired loyalty among his staff by remembering the names of even the lowliest clerical workers. ...
