"...And, yet..." he said, "it's kind of... sexy." Sexy? Only in Los Angeles, would a lawyer, perusing reams of legalese -- chronicling a then two-year journey into hell -- think, 'hey this is hot.' On the surface, he was looking at a case involving an illegal restraining order, first used by an infamous L.A law firm - as a retaliatory weapon to, at first, try and stop internet postings, and then as a way to sabotage a defamation lawsuit against its client. In other words, you diss or sue our client, we have a system in place (judges,cops and prosecutors in our pocket) that you get destroyed. A vicious business but hardly exciting. The tactic doesn't even have a snazzy Latin name, just a boring old American one - extrajudicial strategy. Big Whoop. People lie. Lawyer...
