Had law been followed and had justice prevailed, John Gregozek, would now be out on probation, after having served a long prison sentence for falsifying police reports, hiding evidence, perjury, obstruction, witness tampering, hiding witnesses, and conspiracy. Had law been followed and had justice prevailed he'd be universally loathed for not only severely victimizing three lovely law-abiding people but spending a fortune of taxpayer money to do so. Instead, that dangerous and predatory man is a Sargent, who still is in the position to ruin people's lives so he can get richer and richer and richer on his badge.
The least I can do is try to put it up on the internet in the hopes that it can help a future victim of his. In my case, when I tried to file a Piches motion, the prosecutors, Jennifer Waxler, and Felise Kalpakian panicked and in order to thwart such a motion tried to get me jailed. I have no doubt that that Piches motion would have revealed a world of misconduct. Because, John Gregozek, is a very dirty, highly obsessive and stupid-as-shit stalker. He absolutely stalked me as he worked for Marty Singer to get me convicted so cancer scammer to be, Tig Notaro, could be happy.
You have to see the court files to understand how insane he is and how he fixates on innocent people and lies about them being fixated. Reams and reams of paper that signified nothing but the fact that me and my family were dealing with a twisted moron who saw us as "nobodies.". Mountainous stacks of paper he tried to pretend was evidence. The Honorable judge, Randolph Moore, understood it was all sound and fury. All charges were either dismissed or acquitted. But not before so much damage was done to his victims.
